Open Mornings at Robin Dickin Racing Yard

We open the yard on the first Saturday of each month, except June & July, to anyone interested in seeing how a racing yard works.
Members of the public are welcome to come to the yard and watch the horses working and to meet the team at Alne Park.

The yard will be open from 9 – 11am, and there will be opportunity to meet the horses and look around the facilities in beautiful surroundings.
Please drop us an email or give a call on 07979518594 to let us know you would like to come – if you can’t manage either – just turn up!

No Open Mornings for the next couple of months until we have settled into the new yard.

Welcome to Robin Dickin Racing

Harriet Dickin recently moved to Bourton Hill Farm and took over the training licence from her father Robin.
Having grown up in a racing yard, Harriet has ridden since she could walk, and has run a string of event horses for several years competing up to 4* level.  She successfully started training point to pointers two  seasons ago, and has taken up the reins from Robin as the team moved location in May 2022.
Aged just 26, Harriet has big plans & ambitions for the future.
Harriet held an amateur jockeys' licence, but swerved the perils of race riding for the equally perilous sport of eventing, and tutouring from the likes of Yogi Breisner, Chris Bartle & Tina Cook  set her in good stead to establish her own yard alongside her partner Dominic Ruane.
The pointers then followed in the shape of Cahill FitzGerald Bloodstock ownership, before Harriet decided to take the next step with a professional licence
Making Racehorse Ownership affordable fun & something that the whole family can be involved in is the philosophy behind Harriet Dickin Racing
